I’m Zoltan Tihanyi, manager of Britain.hu Language Centre. As a CELTA-certified English teacher, my goal is to provide high-quality education that meets the needs of our students.

I am a trained engineer with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, working in multinational environments. Throughout my career, I have undergone extensive training and successfully passed several exams. I have conducted numerous meetings with colleagues and customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds, as well as hosted webinars and given presentations in English. I understand the demands of a fast-paced work environment and am eager to impart my knowledge and experiences to our students, alongside my fellow teachers.

The foundations of britain.hu were laid down by Michael James Turner. He was an actor and cameraman who arrived in Hungary by invitation from a friend. He was a warm-hearted and jolly person, so she established good relations with people quite easily. Many of his students considered him a friend. He ran many lessons, prepared a handful of students, including myself, for a successful language exam, or just “simply” improved their level of English.
